APH Limited’s website states you can expect “First class service with a smile” and that’s exactly what I got at Gatwick Airport.
I was flying to Tenerife on a work assignment and chose APH’s “Meet and Greet” service, the first time I’d used the company. They operate at a host of airports, including Exeter, Bristol, Liverpool and Newcastle.
The booking confirmation provided clear instructions and, as requested, I called the company’s office 30 minutes before my expected arrival. The call was answered promptly and the customer service adviser reiterated what I needed to do when dropping off the car.
The handover at Gatwick couldn’t have been simpler: after arriving on the appropriate floor in the Short Stay “Orange” Car Park, alongside the terminal, I noticed the chauffeur waiting for me.
It’s obvious what you want from a “Meet and Greet” service: simplicity, efficiency and, as they say on their website, “First class service with a smile”. I had no complaints, was pleased with the service and wouldn’t hesitate using them again.
